I've spent the last ten years taking products from concept to scale and building the design culture that sustains them. I've led design at early-stage startups, designed zero to one experiences, and built + scaled platforms now used by hundreds of thousands of people. I love bridging big-picture strategy with hands-on execution and guiding products from initial concept through rapid iteration.
